rpk98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rpk98's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
rpk98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account and terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting rpk98 customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances not yet qualifying for withdrawal) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
